On July 1, 2006, Cape Fear Credit Union merged with Self-Help Credit Union, making it a division of Self-Help Credit Union. Cape Fear Credit Union was first chartered in 1979. Cape Fear Credit Union is located in Wilmington, North Carolina, and primarily serves eastern North Carolina’s coastal New Hanover and Brunswick counties.
Cape Fear Credit Union is member owned. Your Cape Fear Credit Union membership deposit makes you an owner/member of the credit union with the right to vote at the annual meeting of Self-Help Credit Union. Credit union membership gives you ownership. |
